This 4-day hands-on workshop will introduce participants to Agile’s terminology, principles, and framework in the context of their own development project.   After Agile basics are understood, all learning and exercises will be done in the context of a real project that will get the team off on the right foot for delivery of value-added software.

Prerequisite

1-2 days of advance work (which can be done remotely the week before on-site delivery of this workshop) with leaders/coaches will be necessary to prepare the workshop for the other team members to ensure the greatest value is delivered to the team.
