Bob Kutter has over 30 years of cross-cultural business and project team leadership experience as both a Staff Manager and Project Manager with Fortune 100 companies. He is known in industry as having a reputation for successfully managing complex high risk projects. He is results-oriented with a passion for driving change and a track record of motivating individuals and project teams to succeed.
Bob’s key accomplishments include:
- Moving a plant with $30M per year production from the USA to a new plant in Mexico
- Establishing plant QA programs and effective quality procedures
- Designing the requirements and implementing automation equipment achieving major production process capacity and quality improvements
- Leading Six Sigma project teams focused on developing and implementing creative process improvements
- Project managing the Systems Testing of AT&T Toll Network Call Processing Software Releases
- Identifying and implementing numerous ergonomic work design improvements reducing employee stress and fatigue.
Bob is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Illinois, a Certified Quality Engineer with ASQ, and has recently become a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt by Breakthrough Management Group International (BMGI). He works with business and organization leaders to address key areas for productivity improvements while focusing on employee safety and health.
