Dr. Harry Shah has successfully applied Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) methodologies and tools and has produced over $100M in documented savings. He has been involved in the deployment and use of Six Sigma since its inception in 1986. Dr. Shah has trained and coached personnel in North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America. He has over 20 years of experience in manufacturing, process development, quality, project management, and consulting with Fortune 100 and Global 500 companies. Dr. Shah is an expert in the use of advanced analytical tools including Robust Design, Design of Experiments, Response Surface Methodology, Regression, and Data Mining.
Dr. Shah is a Motorola certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He has developed training courses and is a certified master instructor for LSS, DFSS, and Quality courses. He has coached/mentored senior leaders, master black belts, black belts, and green belts in the identification, selection, and execution of high value projects. He teaches graduate level Lean Six Sigma classes at Arizona State University. Dr. Shah has a Ph.D. from Arizona State University in Industrial Engineering with emphasis on Applied Statistics and Quality Engineering. He has earned a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University.
