Maret Maxwell’s experience spans academic, government, and private enterprise including 20 years as a manager and project manager with a Fortune 100 healthcare company. He is a Certified Project Management Professional who has created project management offices (PMO), managed groups of project managers, served as a mentor coach to project managers, and introduced new estimating and scheduling systems. As a consultant, Maret works with clients in PMO creation, project management maturity assessment and improvement, and organizational change initiatives.

Since 2002, Maret has provided training in Leadership Development and Communication Skills. As a trained coach and facilitator he has worked with teams on efforts ranging from organizational change initiatives to strategic planning. With excellent interpersonal skills Maret is able to work effectively across all levels of an organization. His particular expertise is in helping teams deal with high stakes and high emotion issues.

Maret holds a doctorate in biomedical engineering, has authored 20 refereed articles, and holds two United States patents.
