Nyla Kennard’s diverse background as a Medical Technologist and Quality Manager includes nearly 20 years of experience with a Fortune 100 Medical Device company. Her responsibilities included manufacturing operations, quality engineering, quality management, corrective and preventive action (CAPA) and customer service and support.

A certified Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Black Belt, some of Nyla's projects include Highly Serviced Instrument reduction and CAPA Process Improvements.

Nyla is also a certified ISO 9001 Lead Assessor, certified Medical Technologist (ASCP/NCA) and Certified Quality Engineer. She most recently completed training and certification in Human Error Investigation and Diagnostics.

Nyla enjoys process improvement projects and failure investigation analysis. She is creative and resourceful individual who is currently heading up the DESARA Group's Grant Proposal Process.
