Policy Scope

This Code of Ethics policy applies to everyone in The DESARA Group.

The DESARA Group, Inc. Professional Code of Ethics

Certified Membership in the Institute of Management Consultants is a symbol of experience, competence, and trustworthiness. The DESARA Group, Inc. subscribes to the following Code of Ethics, based on the Institute of Management Consultants' Code:

• We will only accept assignments for which we are qualified.
• We will not seek a client engagement if a conflict of interest is known to exist.
• We will accept only those assignments which have the potential of providing a genuine benefit to the client.
• We will have a basic writing with clients in order to set forth the scope and objectives of the consulting engagement.
• We will be truthful and forthright with our clients, and will serve them with honesty and integrity.
• We will maintain an attitude of objectivity.
• We will respect all information relating to clients as confidential, and will not disclose said information at any time without the specific consent of the client.
• We will, at all times, demonstrate throughout our actions the honor and dignity of the consulting profession.
