• Managers and individual contributors who are responsible for preparing their organizations for ISO 9001 certification

What You’ll Learn:

• Understand ISO 9001 overall, including the key concepts and terminology
• Methods and requirements for certification, and build a timeline for your organization's key activities along the way
• Requirements explained in detail by functional area, such as Leadership, Sales, Design, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Sales, Warehouse, Service/Repair, Support functions, etc.  
• The 7 quality management principles that are the foundation for ISO 9001
• Applying "The Process Approach" as required by ISO 9001 
• Documentation: proven methods for streamlining process documentation and other information needed in an effective quality management system
• This course is based on DESARA's proven implementation model and on best practices of high-performing organizations

Note: Participants are required to bring a copy of ISO 9001.

Virtual Instructor-Led Training:

• Class meets remotely in three 2-hour sessions per day for 3 days (Camera, voice, and screen sharing). In addition, individual and group assignments will take up to 2 hours each day.
• The program is highly participative, including individual and group exercises to practice skills
• Small groups: Maximum class size of 15 supports full engagement
• Private classes are customized for your environment. The modules can be scheduled based on your needs and can be spread over two+ days to three weeks.
• Note: VILT is appropriate for small organizations and for 1-3 people from an organization to get initial familiarity with ISO 9001 requirements. Once committed to implementation, organizations should consider on-site training for their full implementation core team.
