• TL 9000 internal auditors with 2+ years of experience who want to lead audits and bring additional value to the overall process
• Internal auditors who want to audit TL 9000 Measurements (Prerequisite: completion of an internal auditor course in ISO 9001 or TL 9000)
• TL 9000 program leaders such as Quality Managers and Directors

What You’ll Learn:

• Review key TL 9000 requirements so you can be more specific in evaluating compliance and effectiveness (customized per class participants' needs)
• Auditing TL 9000 Measurements collection, validation, and reporting: NPR, FRT, OFR, and OTD*
• Managing an overall audit program, including recruiting, developing, and retaining internal auditors
• Planning complex audits including multi-site processes and corporate support processes with many stakeholders
• Planning and conducting remote audits
• Advanced audit reporting skills
• Gaining stakeholder support for timely and comprehensive corrective action
•  Working with CBs to maximize the value of certification audits
• This course is based on ISO 19011 and on best practices of high-performing organizations

* Individuals who need greater depth for TL 9000 Measurements auditing are advised to take our TL 9000 Measurements Implementation and Auditing Course.

Note: Participants are required to bring a copy of TL 9000 Measurements 5.7.

Virtual Instructor-Led Training:

• Class meets remotely in three 2-hour sessions per day for 3 days (Camera, voice, and screen sharing). In addition, individual and group assignments will take up to 2 hours each day.
• The program is highly participative, including individual and group exercises to practice skills
• Small groups: Maximum class size of 15 supports full engagement
• Private classes are customized for your environment. The modules can be scheduled based on your needs and can be spread over three days to three weeks.
