Karen Rawson has helped companies develop and implement efficient, effective processes for over 20 years. As a consultant, manager and business owner who specializes in serving global corporations in high-technology fields, Karen has supported leadership teams in developing and deploying business strategies that have led to significant improvements in cost, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key areas of expertise:   

  • Recognized by QuEST Forum as a QuEST Forum Fellow, a TL 9000 Expert, and a Supervisory Master Trainer.  She is a contributing author of the TL 9000 Requirements Handbook (multiple revisions). As a consultant, she has led numerous organizations through the complex process of TL 9000 Measurements Implementation.
  • An accomplished and engaging speaker and trainer, Karen builds understanding and commitment toward achieving complex organizational change. She has developed and deployed business improvement programs in many environments. Karen is skilled in facilitating problem solving and project planning so that businesses improve their cost and quality performance. Customizing training to meet the diverse needs of international organizations is a particular skill.
  • Karen is a certified professional business coach and she has served as an examiner for the Texas Quality Award (Malcolm Baldrige based).
